Group classes











With the easing of restrictions, group classes now allow you the ability to get back into training with like minded people in a safe environment using beginner through to advanced exercise selections. This means if you’re just starting out or have been training for years you can still join in and get moving!

All covid safety measures will be in place during the classes.
